Q:  What do I do if I receive a Notice of Fine and Hearing?
A:  If you have received a "Notice of Fine and Hearing" you need to fix the violation and notify S & L Property Management that the violation has been remedied. If you feel that the violation is in error or invalid, you can address the HOA Board at the monthly meeting at 6:45 PM. If you intend to address the Board, please notify S & L Property Management so that you can be placed on the Board’s agenda.
